What are you hours of operation? Our hours of operation are: Orlando 7:30am-4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Atlanta 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. 

Do you offer a pickup service for repairs? Yes, we have salesmen that travel the southeast.. Call 800.248.1712 for route information. 

What companies are you an authorized service for? We are a "Premier" authorized service for MEI and Conlux. As a factory authorized service center there will be NO CHARGE for factory warranty repairs. 

What credit cards do you accept? we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

What is the relationship between Vendors Repair Service and Locking Systems International? Locking Systems International Inc. is a "Sister" company to Vendors Repair Service Inc. Locking Systems International specializes in the manufacturer and distribution of locks used in the coin-op and many other industries. 

What is your turn-around time? Our average turn-around time on items picked up by our salesmen is two weeks. We offer faster turn-around on walk ins and ship ins. 

How do you ship product? Our repaired products as well as sales items are shipped by UPS. We offer all the services provided by UPS including ground, second day and overnight. All UPS shipments are tracked by UPS world shipping software.

What is TRAX™ and TRAX ON-Line? TRAX is a custom program developed and designed by VRS that will track your repairs through our repair process, it will also provide management reports for the vending operator to us. TRAX ON-Line is a custom web program that will enable the vending operator to view information concerning their repairs 24 hours a day.
