What are your Hours of operation? Our hours of operation are: Orlando 7:30am-4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Atlanta 8:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday. Back to Top

Do you offer a pick-up service for repairs? Yes, we have three salesmen that travel the southeast. Call 1-800-248-1712 or email sales@vendorsrepair.com for route information. Back to Top

What companies are you an authorized service center for? We can provide Factory Authorized Service for Mars Electronics (MEI) and for Conlux (Maka). As a Factory Authorized Service Center there will be no charge for factory warranty. Back to Top

What is your warranty on repaired products? We offer a three month "No Excuse" warranty on all products that we repair. We also offer the same warranty on rebuilt equipment. Back to Top

What credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express

What is the relationship between Vendors Repair Service and Locking Systems International Inc? Locking Systems International is a "Sister" Company to Vendors Repair Service Inc. Locking Systems International specializes in the custom assembly of locks. Back to Top

What is your "Turn-Around" time? Our average turn-around time on items picked up by our salesmen is two weeks. We offer faster turn-around on walk in and ship in repairs. Back to Top

How do you ship product? Our repaired products as well as locks are shipped by UPS ground. We offer overnight service by both UPS and FedEx. All UPS shipments are tracked by UPS world shipping software. Back to Top
